1. Shipping Coverage & Destination

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (50 states). We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
• Handling / Processing Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday)
• Transit / Shipping Time: 4 – 6 business days (Monday – Friday)
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 8 business days

4. Order Tracking

5. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order at info@lumiihome.store. Once an order has entered processing, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
